    Refund Policy

    We are committed to pay for each reservation made. If you cannot keep your chapter meeting reservation, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible, but not later than 24 hours prior to chapter meeting start.

    Forum cancellation requests must be received on or before the venue reservation date in order to receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after the venue reservation date. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their hotel reservations.
